Our client who is a leading organisation based in London who's passion is saving their customers time and money , which fosters a great working environment that is fast- paced, challenging and enjoyable.

This a key role in a fantastic team, being central to the campaign delivery process with in CRM.
This role will suit someone with strong experience in campaign management roles and SQL querying with an appetite for development and best practice campaign set-up. The team are responsible for the planning and delivery of email, SMS and DM campaigns.
You will need to have:
Intermediate/Advanced SQL querying for campaign/data selections (Microsoft SQL Server)
Extensive experience of Campaign Management Tools such as SAS Customer Intelligence, Adobe, IBM Unica or similar
Subject matter expert in marketing and data-driven decisioning processes
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
Great knowledge of data processing compliance and operational integrity processes
Experience of Marketing Automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder/Audience Builder/Salesforce Automations)
Experience of developing complex campaign automations and selections (multi-stage trigger activity or campaigns with a high degree of segmentation)
Proven knowledge of campaign design, scheduling, execution and reporting via multiple tools and platforms
Great organisational and planning skills in marketing project delivery management
Able to prioritise tasks efficiently and deal with multiple requirements accurately
Nice to have:
Prior experience in Campaign Migration
Knowledge of CRM Campaign Processes, Campaign Execution and/or Migration logs and defect findings
Knowledge of marketing test structure and the statistical tests behind them (to a core level)
