A data-driven marketing agency requires a Programmatic Manager to sit within the dedicated programmatic and display team.

The Programmatic Manager will be responsible for leading the programmatic planning and activation for their clients. It is a key position in terms of building peer client relationships and delivering a high quality, ever progressing programmatic campaigns.


• Understand and to be able to clearly articulate the online advertising landscape and where Real Time Bidding and H&S Programmatic fits in
• Actively challenge and progress programmatic planning
• Leading the team to help deliver best-in-class digital display and programmatic campaigns
• Deliver fantastic client servicing
• Deliver clear and concise client presentations,
• Managing media owner negotiations and relationships for the benefit of the Agency and client


• Proven experience in digital planning with an expertise in rationalising their response to brief, and effectively selling in the programmatic campaign approach
• Excellent client communicator
• Team leader with the ability to mentor and actively develop other members in the team
• Strong & Confident with Mathematics and Statistics
• Proven, consistent and excellent attention to detail
• Strong Analytical skills demonstrated, with examples
• Previous Experience in Search/Social
• Relevant experience using programmatic platforms, such as DSPs, Ad Servers and SSPs
