An international retail brand are urgently seeking a Programme Manager to assist them on a contract basis as they work on a migration project.

Role: Programme Manager
Rate: £500pd
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: London

Migration on to a new technical stack is a core strategic focus for the business. Reporting to the Lead Product Owner this role is to sit across the Customer working group to support the business in the preparation for the migration of all customers on to a new platform.

Duties:

- You will own and run a Customer Working Group with senior stakeholders every three weeks discussing how new platform modifications will effect consumers and the business
- Lead on areas that need review and ratification ahead of migration, working with necessary stakeholders to drive these areas through to a point when they can be presented to senior management in the Customer working group e.g. pricing or sale approach on the new platform
- Identify changes that the platform migration will introduce that need investigation and addressing as part of the Customer working group

Experience Required

- Proven business analyst or programme manager skills, with strong experience in analysing and documenting workflows, customer journeys and processes at a detailed level
- Experience in elicitation techniques including interviews, observation, workshop
facilitation
- Excellent at presenting processes in a simple and engaging way to senior stakeholders
- Experience in retail/e-commerce is not essential, but candidates will be expected to demonstrate a knowledge and appreciation of the industry and be motivated by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
