This is a great opportunity to join one of London's most recognised companies. The company has a physical product although also has a very strong online platform/offering, across desktop and app.

The company are embarking on a huge digital transformation and see digital / technology as the future of the company.

Within this role you will lead the companies digital analytics offering. They company has an established analytics function that consists of 'traditional' customer insight/CRM analysts. Therefore this role provides the opportunity to significantly enhance your SQL skills.

What will you be doing?
-Analysing online behaviour, customer journey, product and campaign data
-Own Google Tag Manager to ensure all data is captured accurately and efficiently
-Use a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau and several app analytic and heat mapping tools
-Work within the digital marketing team, and alongside the wider analytics team
-Extract actionable insights, communicating ideas for improvement /optimisation to various stakeholders
-Run A/B tests based on your hypothesis for optimisation and analyse results

What do you need?
-Experience working as a digital / web Analyst
-Excellent Google Analytics skills (adobe analytics experience also considered)
-Excellent Google Tag Manager skills (a similar tool e.g Tealium would also be considered)
-SQL skills are desirable
-Tableau experience or similar is desirable
