Our Client who is a leading financial services organisation business based in London are currently looking for Senior Analyst to join there analytics team.

The role:
You will support the CRM team with insights that will help size, effectively test and validate new campaigns, as well as provide broader cross-functional support as we plan and develop our longer term strategy to re:invent the business, whereby CRM will be an integral part of these new strategic initiatives.

You will be comfortable working on large on complex data sets and be able to translate complex business analytics into tangible business insights that senior stakeholders can easily interpret.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable repeatable plans that are the core of their CRM’s profit plan.

You will be responsible for delivering a finalised clearly articulated quarterly plan as well as monthly customer reporting and initiative tracking.

You will need to have:

You must comfortable with large volumes of data - and have commercial awareness not to get lost in the data
Experience of working in an analytical function
Previous experience with SAS & SQL (Macros / Arrays would be useful) R, Python skills would be great to have.
Previous experience with building dashboards in Tableau
Experience of working in a CRM team and familiarity with Email & digital marketing
Educated to degree level, preferably 2:1 or above in a numeric discipline
Experience designing statistically robust campaign tests and evaluation
Experienced at solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
Numerate, analytical and results focused with excellent attention to detail
Commercially minded, but customer first, focused throughout
Self-motivated and proactive
Flawless planning and organizational skills
Experience in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Flexible with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
