My client is a worldwide leading mobility company with more than 5000 employees and a presence in 100+ countries. A pioneer in innovation and technology the company generates couple of billion € revenues each year.

Your responsabilities:
-Defining and optimizing marketing KPIs
-Analysis of web and app data traffic, reporting and derive strategies for stakeholders
-Create and implement tracking concepts
-Collaborate with conversion team and conduct A/B Testings
-Cross-functional collaboration with BI-, Data-, and Marketing Team

Mandatory skills:
-Technical university degree and/or solid work experience in digital analytics
-Expert in using digital analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
-Very good knowledge in Tracking Tools (both conceptual and implementation): GTM, DTM
-Good knowledge in at least 1 programming language (Frontend or Backend): SQL, Python, R, Java, javascript, HTML
-First experience with Testing Tools: Google Optimisely
-Fluent in English
-Data driven mindset

Desirable skills:
-Good statistical knowledge: SPSS, R
-Good knowledge in BI and Reporting Tools: Power BI, Tabelau, Microstrategy, Google Data Studio
