Job Description/Purpose

Reporting directly to the Head of Affiliates, the Affiliate Account Manager will be responsible for growing the P/L of our affiliate business by:
• Recruiting high quality affiliate publishers to our program
• Nurturing relationships with existing publishers
• Working strategically to expand our Brands’ coverage and placements on relevant sites and in relevant territories

The right candidate will feel comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast paced environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inputting into marketing strategy; all members of the team (from top to bottom) are expected to input into strategies and play an active role in finding and delivering against new opportunities
• Build, manage and grow affiliate relationships as well as maximise performance of the existing affiliate base
• Analyse and optimise affiliate traffic activity and develop new ways to monetise & incentive them to perform better
• Monitor data trends and analyse affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and profitability
• Identify/Research, evaluate and recruit and activate new affiliates/partners to promote our brands
• Research and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
• Delivering on major projects and campaigns, from launching new currencies to making the most of the World Cup, this opportunity will keep you on your toes

Skills/Qualifications:

• Ideally 2-4 years’ experience working in a marketing discipline, but all levels welcome
• Strong academic record to degree level, preferably in an arts or marketing discipline from a top tier University
• Needs to be ambitious, with a desire to be the best in the career they choose
• Strong MS Office desktop publishing skills in particular Excel
• Keen interest of cryptocurrency/sports
• Experienced with a range of content management systems
