A leading UK comparison service are looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join their online product team based in West London. You will be pivotal to the business, as they grow, they need to get closer to their users to understand important behaviours. You will be helping to optimise the user journeys, engage with the consumers to hear their thoughts & improve the overall customer experience. You will use your expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to help build online customer surveys etc.

-Manage the customer insight strategy & improve user experience
-Use analysis to develop insight on the current users based on both primary and secondary methodologies
-Manage the customer segmentation and profiling across all channels
-Work with the A/B testing strategy to validate customer feedback

What do you need?
-Relevant academic degree
-Relevant experience within a customer insights position ideally within an eCommerce environment
-Experience in Customer / Consumer research through qualitative and quantitative methods
-Strong communication skills
-Naturally analytical & continually searching for ways to improve things
