My client are looking for an experienced CRM manager who will be accountable for the development and execution of all aspects of their CRM campaign communications.

Role Description:

• Be responsible for delivering multi-channel CRM against set KPIs
• Possess strong data analysis skills
• Value data segmentation and understand how to communicate to different audiences
• Responsible for young people and parent guardian CRM communications
• Focus on Business metrics, Performance and Budget
• Develop a CRM calendar of activity
• Brief, manage and implement creative CRM communications
• Work closely with the creative time to conceptualise, design and develop creative assets for
CRM communications
• Test for customer behaviour and patterns to ensure that behavioural segmentation analysis
translates into optimised marketing activity for communications and promotions
• Produce a monthly report analyzing communications performance vs targets in order to
optimize plans and creative assets briefings in real time
• Develop approach to and thinking around customer segmentation model - validate and test communications with a view to embedding the model longer term as the driver behind all
programme and marketing CRM communications
• Understand the compliance requirements and issues around personal data particularly the
implications of GDPR on the world of marketing and communications
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure CRM activity is aligned with the wider
marketing strategy
• Secure relevant cross-team approvals for specific communications
• Ensure all promotions have terms and conditions that comply with promotional & legal
requirements, liaising with appropriate 3 rd party industry bodies when necessary
• Competent at translating and condensing complex data for presentations at board level, team level and external stakeholders


• Substantial experience in-house or agency side in a similar position
• Familiar with data analysis, analytics tools and segmentation techniques
• Proven track record in direct marketing management and fulfilment
• Able to ensure that behavioural segmentation analysis translates into optimised CRM activity in order to achieve maximum ROI
• Youth brand and/or FMCG experience essential
• Able to work as part of an integrated team
