My client are looking for an Experience Designer to help us identify innovative opportunities for business transformation, craft user value, define product strategy, and visualize user flows into beautiful, testable product designs.

Responsibilities
• Identify new product opportunities, define problems & goals, articulate business value, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process
• Concept interactions across mediums and new technologies: incl. web, mobile, VR, retail
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to generate new concepts or build early prototypes
• Lead customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and test new concepts
• Provide inspiring creative direction
• Create visual language for diverse set of products and styles
• Created detailed, production quality designs for product launches
• Research and implement new projects to promote creativity and innovation for the team and the company at large

Experience
• 5+ years industry experience in product design
• Experience with end-to-end product design, including supporting engineering with production design
• Lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills, including Sketch, Framer, video editing and production, animation
• Experience collaborating with business, product management and engineering partners
• Cross-platform design experience (Web, android, iOS, emails)
• Experience designing, conducting, and synthesizing user research across multiple formats (e.g. interviews, surveys) to understand context, validate concepts, test usability
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• Has shipped multiple products
• Experience facilitating workshops with designers and non-designers alike
• Strong creative and conceptual thinker
• Customer-centric approach to design
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Unwavering commitment to quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
