Desktop Support Analyst - Up to £24,000

A Desktop Support Analyst with a real passion for IT is required at an award winning, world leading, advertising company.

This role is responsible for all in-house repair of laptops and desktops.

Liaising with third-party support, servicing equipment, LANDesk/Casper remote management, imaging computers and admin are all key factors of the Desktop Support Analyst's job function.

The Desktop Support Analyst will respond to Remedy helpdesk tickets, deliver support for our users and provide both general workstation support as well as troubleshooting OS and application issues

- A good understanding of general IT products, peripherals and technologies including the Internet, servers and network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN , etc.).

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office for Mac & PC, Creative Cloud Applications, Keynote, Universal Type Client.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to operate various computer-related equipment e.g. Wacom tablets, smartphones etc.
- Experience of troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Windows.
