Profile

A leading retailer is looking for a strategic focus Conversion Manager to take charge of their Optimisation function. The company is planning to grow their optimisation function and you will be collaborating heavily with their analytics team. You will also have boundless scope for career development and progression, as there are more plans for the teams growth. The environment will be very autonomous, and you will be reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

You will be

In charge of in charge of end-to-end optimisation of all online acquisition channels
Design a clear testing schedule and form and evaluate hypotheses based on data analysis
Collaborate with the UX team and increase user engagement
Liaising with stakeholders to prioritise developments and product requirements
Interpret information from multiple data sources
Desired Skills and Experience

You will need

5-8+ years of experience in online optimisation, with a good knowledge of analytics
Expert user of leading cutting edge tools such as Oracle, Adobe Target, Site Spect, Optimizely
Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is essential
A regular user of Tealeaf,Clicktale, Sessioncam, Crazy Egg, EyeQuant and similar tools would be beneficial for this role
Strong optimisation knowledge, with experience with A/b testing and MVT
Client and stakeholder management experience
Outstanding problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing channels
Business intelligence and visualisation tools desirable (Tableau, Qlikview)
Relevant business and proven managerial experience
A systematic approach to decision making using the data provided
A thirst for keeping up to date with new trends and technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
