Customer Insight Analyst - Central London - £40,000

You will be working as a Customer Insight Analyst for one of the successful and innovative online platforms in the UK. The company has always valued the importance of data and has an amazing analytics function, built up of customer, product, and data analyst', as well as Data Scientists.

As a customer insight analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the companies digital marketing data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement directly to the Head of Marketing. You will use Google Analytics, marketing intelligence tools such as Hitwise and Tableau for visulation. If you do not have the ability to already, you will also learn how to extract and analyse data with Google BigQuery.

What do you need?
-Strong Google Analytics experience (Essential)
-Strong understanding of different marketing channels (Essential)
-Experience analysing marketing, customer or product data and providing insights (Essential)
-DMP experience (Desirable)
-Experience using marketing intelligence tools, e.g. Hitwise, ComScore ect (Desirable)
-SQL / BigQuery experience (Desirable)
