Role: Insight & Marketing Director
Rate: £750 - £1000 Per Day
Location: West London
Contract: 3 – 6 Months

We’re working with an extremely well-known FTSE 100 organisation who are in the market for an Insight & Marketing Director (CONTRACT) to join the business.

The purpose of this role is to ensure high quality customer and market insights across the organisation being used to drive strategic marketing and business decisions. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of customer and market research, and analytics techniques with expertise in customer segmentations. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics simply and compellingly will be key for this position also.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who has experience working in a similar type role for a multi-national organisation.

Competencies
• Skilled in the application of customer and market insights to drive business decisions
• Deep knowledge of customer and market research and analytical techniques, methodologies, and tools
• Expertise in customer segmentation
• Strong analytical skills, adept at distilling insights from complex data
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate complex topics simply and compellingly
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills; ability to navigate across and exert influence on multiple stakeholder groups
• Results-oriented; adept at driving action based on insights
• Self-motivated, resilient, and positive with a "can-do" attitude

Work Experience
• Experience leading customer and market insight team for large, multi-national company
• Track record of driving business results through generation and communication of actionable insights
• Experience building / strengthening customer and market research insight capability within a large, multi-national company
• Experience developing customer segmentation and embedding it in business operations
• Experience working across functional and organizational lines to deliver results
