Customer Insights Analyst
Central / West London
£40,000 + benefits

A leading UK comparison site is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join their online product team based in Central / West London. You will be pivotal to the business, as they grow, they need to get closer to their users to understand important behaviours. You will be helping to optimise the user journeys, engage with the consumers to hear their thoughts & improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage the customer insight strategy & improve user experience
- Use analysis to develop insight on the current users
- Manage the customer segmentation and profiling across all channels
- Work with the A/B testing strategy to validate customer feedback

What do you need?
- Relevant academic degree
- Relevant experience within a customer insights position
- Strong communication skills
- Naturally analytical & continually searching for ways to improve things
- Experience in using SQL / R / SPSS / Python all useful
