My client is currently recruiting Senior Business Analysts with extensive experience in working in Banking and Digital Transformations / Customer Journeys.

These roles are based in France on an initial 6+ month contract (with view to extend). Therefore, the successful candidates will be Native/Fluent in French and English.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Requirements gathering: Working closely with Product Owner Groups and Working Groups to capture functional and non-functional requirements
• Process Flow Mapping: Functional & Non-functional Epics/Stories mapped to Macro Level Journeys and necessary Regulatory Articles
• Capture all requirements (RAID – Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies/ in JIRA & Confluence
• Defining the Acceptance Criteria for all Epics/Stories
• Understanding the dependencies across all tracks
• Working with the Product Owner to review and close all open issues/dependencies and the Scrum Master to review Product Backlog is up to date and risks and concerns are prioritized
• Working with the Scrum Master & Product Owner to define the high-level scope & goals for each Sprint
• Working closely alongside and coordinating the QA team
• Working with the Architect team to align user stories to sequence diagrams
• Produce clear defined roadmaps for the process deliverables
• Align the roadmap/strategy for leading financial services clients
• Participate in the concept phases and project definition
• Stakeholder workshops including Product Owner/Lead Architects/Design Authorities/IT teams/Scrum Masters and Developers/Testers in order to present the results & support the preparation of project proposals

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Excellent knowledge of AGILE methodologies, including JIRA & Confluence. You must be able to demonstrate how you managed backlogs / user stories / requirements etc
• Familiarity with BDD / TDD environments (Gherkin / Cucumber)
• Prior experience working alongside or coordinating with the QA team
• An understanding of the overall program lifecycle and supporting methodologies and processes
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills as this involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the programme
