Digital Insight Analyst - £45,000 - Central London

One of the most successful creative agencies in the UK are looking to hire their first and lead digital analyst to join their existing and established analytics function. The main account that you will be working on is for one of the most recognised brands in the UK. As the lead digital analyst, you will work with the wider analytics function and the client directly to define project briefs/requirements, with the aim of analysing and improving the online journeys of prospects and customers.

As the lead digital analyst, you will be given full autonomy to shape the digital analytics offering how you see fit, ensuring your objectives and methodologies align with those of the existing analytics team, and the clients requirements.

The ideal candidate will have SQL experience, although if you don't, you will be learn how analyse and manipulate data with SQL, to support analysing data with Google Analytics.

What will you be doing?
-Use Google Analytics to measure and analyse the online journeys of prospects and customers
-Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement and conversion
-Make recommendations for A/B testing and UX improvements
-Collaborate with developers to ensure all data is captured correctly
-Collaborate with the wider analytics function and client
-Present all insights/recommendations to the client


What do you need?
-2+ years experience in digital analytics
-Experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends)
-Experience using Google Tag Manager
-SQL experience is highly desirable
-Experience with visualisation tools (E.g. Tableau)
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent presentation skills
