Xcede are recruiting a CRM expert on behalf of an online travel company based in London.

Joining the marketing team, you will lead their CRM Strategy for next year.


Your role will be to drive customer engagement and create long term customer life time value via email marketing, web CRM & personalisation.

You will be responsible for campaigns from concept through to analysis, including generating new campaigns, preparing proposals, and bringing everything to production.

A big part of this role will be improving deliverability through insight.

Key responsibilities:

- Customer acquisition and retention email strategy across the business, increasing the size of the mailable database and limiting churn.
- Improve the quality of email communications
- To identify and measure performance against KPIs and the overall strategic objectives of the business
- To build an execute an extensive cross channel CRM strategy.
- Benchmark competitive CRM approaches, global best practice, trends and innovations.
- Working closely with the Insights Team to understand the customer's journey and adapt our campaigns to ensure the most efficient ROI

Experience Required:

- 5+ years working within CRM
- Strong SQL experience
- Technical background
