Data Quality Administrator

£20k-25k Negotiable Basic Salary – DOE

Training and support to be provided as required

Purpose of the role:
Ensuring the business complies with the requirements of the GDPR and operates secure, efficient and accurate data storage policies

Objectives:
Become conversant in GDPR policies risks
Develop policies that help to minimise GDPR and cyber risk
Centralise data storage and usage of the CRM
Act as data SME.
Ensure the smooth operation of Daxtra

Role of a Data Quality Administrator:
You will be primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the DATA within the business. This will include;
• Take ownership of the data structures within our internal drives and the CRM
• Ensure that no candidates personal data is stored unnecessarily outside the CRM, and that we can justify any information that is outside the CRM
• Analyse the data in the CRM and prioritise its removal, where appropriate – a removal authorisation process will need to be agreed
• Ensure compliance with GDPR is adhered to across the business in line with the guidance of the board.
• Develop a consent process in conjunction with operations team
• Monitor the receipt of consent forms relating to data storage
• Maintain and update our messages within the required media relating to data compliance – the website. Ads, social etc
• Maintain the Daxtra CV Parsing tool
• Ensure there are no blocked CVs
• Provide support and assistance to the sales floor for Daxtra as required
• Liaise with Daxtra and Keybridge where required to maximise uptime and integration
