Rate: £400-£450PD
Location: Maidenhead
Duration: 3-6 Months

My client is in need of a Web Analytics consultant expert in Tag Manager. In the role you will be accountable for the management, development and best practices of digital technologies deployed through Tag Manager (Tealium), the embedding of process & enablement amongst the business, along with supporting and on boarding of new digital technologies to deliver revenue benefits to the business.

You will be responsible & accountable for all activities, including vendor management, within the Tag Management solution spanning digital analytics, data layer, optimisation, personalisation, data science, marketing and CRM.
You will be responsible for:

• Working with existing and new digital technologies to shape the development of a high calibre digital experience technology stack.
• The development of our tracking capabilities from our data layer, Tag Manager & DMP (Tealium Audience Stream).
• Delivering data and tracking against requirements from agencies to allow for programmatic and multi-channel marketing activities. Also for delivering an ROI to the business for digital technologies through efficiency and increased performance.
• Collaborate with a variety of senior stakeholders to understand, interpret and gather business requirements resulting in recommending and implementing effective solutions to meet multi-stakeholder needs.
• Managing multiple 3rd party technology vendors to ensure the correct commercial agreements are in place for business requirements.
• Delivery and embedding of processes against these tools including tag management, digital analytics, and data management.
• Driving regular communication with key departments and stakeholders to ensure optimal awareness of digital analytics & optimisation technologies and capabilities.
• Training and enablement of tools within the business.

Essential skills / experience:

• You will have extensive experience/use of advanced web technologies, including tag management, preferably Tealium, data layers and Adobe Analytics
• Highly proficient understanding and usage of technologies and tools including Tag Management, Adobe Analytics, Data Layers, Personalisation tools, DMP
• Experience with integrating other digital marketing tools including DMP’s, DSP’s Double Click, Personalisation tools, CRM tools, Live Chat
• Enjoys working in a growing and developing environment where they can influence change and make an impact.
• Strong commercial focus with the ability to balance risks vs. rewards and to maximize the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
• Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, e.g. commercials, risk, and customer experience; determine the implications and make recommendations as needed
• BS/BA in marketing or digital or IT, (Marketing (digital), Economics, Mathematics, Operations Science) or equivalent level of achievement through experience.
