This is a great opportunity to become a key part in the Commercial and Customer team in a well-known, transport company in the UK. This team provides central solutions across eCRM, app and website and offers advice on key business decisions. This team works to give commercial development, strategy, reporting and analysis.

What will you be doing?
- Manage the day to day eCRM operations, providing support for development and implementation when needed
- Take the lead for the development of a road map for eCRM and ensure that the milestones are achieved
- Actively seek ways to enhance customer relationships through the use of eCRM programmes
- Be the owner for the SCV and CRM communication programmes for the group

What do you need?
- 3-5 years’ experience working in an eCRM environment
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering tasks on time
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, aural and written
- To be a good team player
