Location: Staines
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £300 - £400 Per Day

Working with a famous UK household brand, I’m currently on the lookout for a Change Technician to join my client on a 6 month initial contract.

Ideally we need someone who has exposure to the energy sector with experience delivering change in customer communications.

Knowledge & Qualifications
• Good understanding of delivering change through document composition platforms
• Understanding of customer journeys and experienced in delivering change in customer communications
• Ability to influence and build relationships
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
• Ideally some knowledge of the energy regulatory environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the business key performance indicators
• Ability to prioritise deliverables and plan accordingly
• Ability to manage change and capacity to work flexibly

Team Manager this person will be:
• This will include delivering new projects from the interpretation of requirements, creation of Change Requests to our third party print partner and manage delivery, undertaking quality checks throughout, from brief to implementation
• Responsible for delivering changes through our business as usual process and liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure change is delivered to time and budget
• The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all changes to communications meet Brand Guidelines, tone of voice, legal & regulatory requirements, including OFGEM and CMA Accountabilities
• Manage relationships with and work alongside Customer Comms, I.S., Print Services, Digital, Pricing and Propositions, Customer Journeys departments to deliver to the change plans
• Develop and demonstrate a good understanding of our system-driven document composition processes and the impact of changes to the bill
• Actively participate in Bill Sampling Quality Assurance processes and ad hoc projects outside of the direct team
