Role: Product Owner / Customer Experience Manager
Rate: £400 - £450 P/Day
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: 6-12 Months
•Working in an agile way to collaborate with different teams within the business, highlighting the importance of the developments from customer experience.
•Complete road mapping of products, working closely with the development and UX Design team creating leading products.
•Working as the customer champion, it is key that you have great customer-facing experience as you will lead the team forward with your understanding of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
•Maintaining, evolving and revolutionising the customer journeys. Reducing journey drop out, using best practice design principle to maximise conversion.
•Stakeholder management will also be a key aspect to the role making sure that there is a streamlined process which is focused on delivering great customer focused products.
