Customer Insight Analyst / London / Up to £50,000 + bonus and benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global eCommerce retail supplier. This role is based in their London head office. You will be joining the company at an exciting time as they look to invest heavily into their analytics capabilities and spend time focusing on their customer behaviour and customer retention.
You will have the chance to build this customer focused area and have the freedom to delve into the data yourself and explore areas the company can should invest in.
As an Insight Analyst , you will be expected to help the Analytics Manager, define business strategies in helping the business to understand the customer base.
What will I be doing?
- Identifying key insights and translating for a non-technical audience
- Help[ identify new reports and tools needed in the business
- Customer segmentation's and reporting & Campaign analysis
What do I need?
-Strong SQL skills
-Strong academic background with a degree in a maths/stats based areas
-Ability to present insight across the business
