My client is a global, well renowned retail brand that has been loved throughout the UK, Europe and America for over 30 years'. They are looking to bring on a CRM Manager to work in their Central London office to contribute to the European part of the business in developing CRM strategies across the brand.
This new CRM Manager will be a valuable part of the business in contributing to the on-going success of the company.
What will I be doing?
-Building CRM Strategy across Europe to driver customer engagement
-Understand customers and interpret opportunities
-Oversee customer campaigns
-Look at social CRM initiatives
What do I need?
-Strong analytical abilities
-6 years' experience in a CRM / Analytics / Direct marketing role
-Strong communication skills
-Retail experience is a plus
