Customer Analyst | HTML, SQL, SAS | London | £35,000

To be a successful Customer Analyst you will have a solid technical background ideally using tools such as SAS, SQL & HTML in addition a good, relevant degree (Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics etc..)

You will be involved in exciting fast paced campaigns across various teams and business units and so will be exceptionally organised, efficient with an eye for detail.

Your goal as a Customer Analyst will be to to optimize customer experience through savvy use of data, analysis and insight information to aid key business decisions and impact a successful customer strategy.

Essential criteria:

SAS
HTML
Strong time management and organisational skills
SQL
Relevant degree
Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

Exposure to decisioning systems (Pega or similar)
Knowledge of coding languages - java, php, JavaScript
Experience in CRM / insight analytcs
