2nd Line Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer
Length: 6 Weeks
A 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst is required to work on some exciting new projects.
You will have extensive 2nd line desktop support experience, preferably gained within an ITIL environment, with strong SCCM, Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange, LAN, WAN skills.
The Desktop Support role will involve working as part of a team supporting over 1,000 users over multiple sites, dealing with all aspects of 2nd line support and project work, both over the phone, remotely and face to face. Must have excellent customer service, communication skills.
